Mechanical engineering as well as computing science, the basis of many industries in our society, is becoming subdivided and specialized due to the expansion of its learning range. Also, it has greatly affected the whole field of science and technology, and has developed rapidly being closely related with our everyday life. Therefore, we train students to be professionals who are needed in the industrial work place, by teaching them theory and practice. Students get the knowledge of theory that is essential to mechanical engineering as well as computing science, such as basic dynamics, design of machine elements, mechanical technology, and mechanical materials. The students get the following practical experiences: basic mechanical practice through work analysis, heat laboratory, experiments in fluid, materials testing, CAD/CAM, and CNC process. |
