Industrial system and management are needed to improve productivity and quality in this modern industrial society.  The department offers courses such as work management, production planning and control, quality management, accounting, and economic management.  Knowledge in these areas can improve productivity, cost effectiveness, and quality. The department aims to improve creativity and productivity by teaching human-factor management and systems management, which particularly deals with humans factors in the three areas of production.
