Civil technology is at the forefront of human civilization.  Civil technology is technology which employs the great power of nature and makes many aspects of human life more convenient.  Civil technology transforms the land to provide a pleasant environment and to protect human life and property from heavy rains, traffic congestion and pollution.  Applying civil technology is a process that involves the following: a plan of structure and equipment→surveying→design→execution→maintenance and management.  Civil technology plays a critical role in environmental pollution and in the construction of highways, bridges, airports, ports, river dams, hydro-electric power plants, water supplies and sewage systems, parks, gymnasiums, and municipal and national plans.  It is a science that contributes to the above mentioned social facilities.  The future for civil technology is in space station and sea station development.
